Auditions for shows produced by the Western Nevada Musical Theatre Company are open to everyone. Just bring along your favorite song, keep it under a minute,
and include an accompaniment CD or sheet music for our accompanist. Everyone who is accepted in the show needs to register for the appropriate course, and credit students will receive a scholarship to defray half of their tuition fees.
Big News For Performers
Our Associate of Arts degrees in musical theatre is training performers for our entertainment state! You don't have to be a performing arts major to be part of our program, though. Many people from the community take classes at the college in voice, piano, guitar, and other instruments. Others enjoy singing in the choir. White Christmas
The Western Nevada Musical Theatre Company welcomes you to audition for the sparkling new stage adaptation or Irving Berlin's White Christmas. The show will be presented at the Carson Community Center in nine performances, Nov 6-21, 2010.
First Round Auditions: Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 6 p.m. / Dance Auditions at 7 p.m.
